The firm provided master planning for a 4 acre site, architectural design, equipment layout, construction documents, and construction administration serves as well as coordination of all engineering consultants retained for the project including, civil, mechanical, electrical and structural. The project consisted of one-story, 25, 000 sf in-flight catering kitchen. Facility contained hot food prep, staging, receiving, and loading docks, coolers, freezers, dry storage, break room, toilets, locker rooms and offices.
